After the sad news that Aston Health and Fitness would no longer be running the Gym at the Whitfield Valley centre there were fears that the well loved and used gym would be lost! After a lot of hard work in the background and with the support of the Trustees, Emily the Charity manager has managed to ensure that the gym will stay open for the local community.
Just 2 short weeks after its closure the Gym is set to reopen on Monday 4th September at 7am. Sticking with the flexible options of no contract and monthly or daily membership and new longer opening hours. Everyone at CAFAG hopes that the Gym will continue to support the local community on their fitness & wellbeing journeys.
